Dante's Caffe Italiano tickets & upcoming events

Dante's Caffe Italiano is truly a local gem that's been a hub for community and good vibes since it opened. If you've ever wandered into a lively gathering honoring Italian traditions, chances are it’s happening here. They've hosted all sorts of events, from international guest nights where folks from different countries bring their own flavors to cozy family dinners. The place celebrated its fifteenth birthday back in 2007 with a special menu that threw back to the original dishes, think rich pastas and hearty antipasti that still hit the spot. One thing I love is their effort to cater to everyone, gluten-free options are available, which is a huge plus. And the coffee, oh, the coffee, paired with their homemade desserts is pretty much a must-try. They often team up with local bakeries, so those cannoli and biscotti are fresh and delicious. If you're coming in via public transport, just hop off at the city center stop and walk a bit east on Elm Street. When you hit Third Street, turn left and you'll see Dante's inviting glow. Whether you’re craving a relaxing night with live music or a fun concert, Dante’s has got you covered. Their seating chart is super handy, so you can pick your spot, whether it’s front row for Sarah Wild and The Watch or a cozy corner for a karaoke night. And don’t worry if tickets sell out fast, just keep an eye on their page for new dates and releases. Honestly, it’s a spot that feels like home, with a little bit of Italy right in Portland.
